District Covered Repairs
Equipment repair request must be submitted to Wendy Hunter in Purchasing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Purchasing Department will pay for most repairs on the items listed below. Exceptions would be vandalism, repeated misuse and when the cost of the repair will exceed half of the cost of the equipment. The Purchasing Department does not contribute to the repair or replacement of equipment meeting any of these conditions.
- Music instruments (request must be sent to Kenny Webb @ email@example.com)
- Piano tuning
- Library security gates
When requesting repairs please send the following information to Wendy Hunter @ firstname.lastname@example.org
- The problem you are having
- Contact person and phone number
- Site address
In addition to the above, the following is needed for appliances, laminators and security gates.
- Serial number
